If you value our troops, our safety, and our freedom, then PLEASE support Sears this Christmas.

If we all make just one purchase–and let the manager know why we are supporting them, we can do our part to support the men and women who make such an incredible sacrifice every day!

How does Sears treat its employees who are called up for military duty? By law, they are required to hold their jobs open and available, but nothing more. Usually, people take a big pay cut and lose benefits as a result of being called up.

But Sears chooses to do more! 

Sears is voluntarily paying the difference in salaries and maintaining all benefits, including medical insurance and bonus programs, for all called up reservist employees for up to two years.

I submit that Sears is an exemplary corporate citizen and should be recognized for its contribution.

Let’s do our part to honor our troops and honor Sears this Christmas!
